Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original CRAFTD packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for proof of postage.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
